Welcome to The Milton Brasserie

Developed from old farm steadings, Milton Brasserie offers a unique, Scottish inspired dining experience. We’re located in the heart of the stunning Milton of Crathes, three miles east of Banchory near the legendary Crathes Castle.

Our restaurant is owned and run by siblings Jay Emmerson & Cat Emmerson. The family approach we take extends to the rest of our team, which helps create a warm environment for our customers.
